Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to mainland UK. Certain postcode areas may incur additional charges. If your area is outside our standard delivery zone, we will contact you before processing your order.

Standard Online Products

Estimated delivery times for standard stock items are typically 2–7 working days, depending on availability and location. Delivery times will be confirmed at checkout or via email after purchase.

Delivery charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Garden Buildings

Lead times for bespoke or made-to-order buildings vary depending on specification and current workload. Estimated production and installation timeframes will be confirmed in writing at the time of order.

As these buildings are manufactured to customer specification, production will not begin until payment terms are agreed.

Installation & Access Requirements

Where installation is included, customers must ensure there is suitable access to the site. If access restrictions or unsuitable ground conditions prevent installation, additional charges may apply.
