• Orders for bespoke or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
• Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to weather, supply, or access conditions.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access for delivery and installation where applicable.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
